Filip Szymczak Transfer from Lech Poznań to Korona Kielce

Filip Szymczak is attracting considerable attention from Polish clubs, with reports suggesting that up to five Ekstraklasa clubs have made inquiries. Included in these are Korona Kielce and Cracovia. His move away from Lech Poznań depends on the club securing a new striker. The management expressed optimism that a change in environment could have a positive effect on Szymczak and prepare him for the forthcoming UEFA European Under-21 Championship, which serves as an excellent platform for players. This information was reported by Sebastian Staszewski on the Meczyki.pl channel.

According to Maksymilian Dyśko from sportowy-poznan.pl, Filip Szymczak is falling short of expectations at Lech Poznań and may be loaned to Korona Kielce. The loan is anticipated to last until the season's end. Although various teams have expressed interest, Korona Kielce is currently leading the race. Lech Poznań intends to arrange a temporary transfer for Szymczak, with an option for him to return or be sold after the U-21 European Championships, contingent on his performance. Once regarded as one of the most promising talents in Ekstraklasa, Szymczak's career has stalled, causing Lech Poznań to regret previously turning down multi-million euro offers for him. This season, he has participated in 16 matches and scored two goals, with his contract at Lech Poznań valid until June 30, 2027. The decision regarding his loan is still pending, but actions are expected to accelerate once the team returns from vacation.
