Italian defender Federico Dimarco and Inter have snubbed Manchester United's offer as the Serie A giants plan to offer a new deal to the player.

Piero Ausilio, Inter's sporting director, praised Federico Dimarco and expressed surprise at his strength as a player. He mentioned that despite injuries and periods of non-use, they never gave up on him for five years. He also mentioned that Inzaghi, Inter's coach, had seen potential in Dimarco that they had not.
