The former Manchester City defender is among the players that Barcelona are considering offloading to help fund a move for Marcus Rashford. Garcia's contract with Barcelona expires in summer 2026, and he has also been offered to other Premier League clubs such as Aston Villa, Newcastle United, and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
