Elliot Anderson Transfer from Nottingham Forest to Liverpool

Liverpool have been linked with Anderson, and according to TBR Football, Forest have issued a hands-off warning to any clubs interested in the player ahead of the January window. Graeme Bailey revealed that Forest have no intention of entertaining any interest in Anderson and want him to be a cornerstone of Ange Postecoglou's team.

Liverpool are closely monitoring Elliot Anderson, who has been receiving highly positive feedback from their scouts. The club has dispatched senior officials to observe his last six matches. Liverpool have marked him as a potential target and aim to be at the forefront of any negotiations if he becomes available at the season's end. Anderson joined Nottingham Forest from Newcastle during the summer for a reported fee of £35m, with an assurance of regular first-team opportunities. Nottingham Forest, currently having a stellar season, are not under any compulsion to sell the 22-year-old midfielder, who has become an integral part of their team and has played a significant role in elevating them to third place in the league. Nonetheless, Liverpool, the league leaders at present, maintain a strong interest in Anderson, viewing him as a prospective asset for the future.
