A report from Brazil indicates that São Paulo is keen on strengthening their midfield and is contemplating Douglas Augusto, a former PAOK player who is now with Nantes and contracted until the summer of 2027. Due to financial constraints, São Paulo is unable to pursue their primary target, Casemiro. It is noted that PAOK is attentively observing this situation because of their legal interest, having earlier received 5.5 million euros from Nantes for his transfer and holding a 20% resale percentage.
