Dirk Proper is being considered as a potential replacement for Jerdy Schouten at PSV. According to former trainer Aad de Mos, Proper has an abundance of football intelligence. Rik Elfrink of Eindhovens Dagblad also mentioned that Proper could be a successor to Schouten.
