Dino Hotić, a footballer from the Balkans, transferred to Lech Poznań in the summer of 2023 with considerable expectations placed upon him. He began the season promisingly, netting four goals and providing an assist in the first eight league games. However, he has since found himself sidelined by coach Niels Frederiksen. In the spring, Hotić made only two appearances, accumulating less than 40 minutes of playtime. With his contract set to expire in June 2026, Lech Poznań is planning to part ways with him in the upcoming summer to create space for a new player and possibly secure some financial gain, albeit not a substantial one.
