Dijan Vukojevic Transfer from Degerfors to Wieczysta Kraków

Dijan Vukojević has joined Wieczysta Kraków as a new player. The parties signed a contract that is valid until June 30, 2026, with an option for a 12-month extension. The 29-year-old winger or striker transferred to Poland from Degerfors, where he had competed in both the Swedish top league and second division since early 2022. During the 2024 season, which follows a spring-autumn system, he scored 14 goals in 28 matches, sharing the title of top scorer with Assad Al Hamlawi and Kalle Holmberg. His team finished at the top of the table with 55 points, securing promotion to the domestic elite. However, Vukojević chose to pursue his career in Poland. It seems that this was a free transfer.

Dijan Vukojevic, who was the top scorer in the last Superettan season, is on the verge of signing a contract with the second-tier club Wieczysta Kraków. Mateusz Miga from TVP Sport reported that Vukojevic is currently in Krakow, where he is undergoing the mandatory medical tests, and is expected to sign the contract on Tuesday. The agreement is said to be for 1.5 years, with an option for an additional 12 months. Contrary to earlier Scandinavian reports, it has been clarified that the contract will not contain an unusual clause permitting him to leave the club by January 5th if he attracts interest from a top European league team.

Dijan Vukojevic is set to arrive in Poland in the coming days to finalize his move to Wieczysta Kraków, according to "Fotbollskanalen." The Polish club's interest quickly turned into action, and the winger will soon fly to Kraków to undergo mandatory medical tests before signing a contract with the second division team. The Swedish player's contract will include a special clause allowing him to leave swiftly by January 5 if a club from a top European league shows interest.

Sportbladet reported that Dijan Vukojevic had reached an agreement with Wieczysta Krakow on a contract. He is anticipated to travel to Poland soon for a medical examination and official presentation. Vukojevic's contract with Degerfors is set to expire at the end of the year, and it will not be renewed with the newly promoted Allsvenskan club. Wieczysta Krakow, which currently holds the second position in the Polish third division, is supported by wealthy owners who are targeting promotion to the second division and ultimately the top league in Poland. Expressen had earlier mentioned that the club had proposed a contract to Vukojevic, featuring a clause that would allow the contract to be terminated if a club from a larger European league makes a contract offer before January 5th, even after he signs with the Polish club.

Wieczysta Kraków has shown interest in signing Dijan Vukojević, the leading scorer of the Swedish league's second division, who netted 14 goals in 28 games. It is reported that the Polish club is prepared to include an unexpected clause in the contract that would permit Vukojević to leave by January 5, should he receive an acceptable offer from a team in a major European league. Vukojević is reportedly weighing offers from other Swedish and international clubs, including Wieczysta Kraków, and has not yet made a decision regarding the extension of his contract with Degerfors IF.
