Fortaleza has finalized an agreement with Atlético-MG for acquiring striker Deyverson. The 33-year-old player is set to sign a contract with Fortaleza that will last until the end of 2026, with an option for extension until 2027. This agreement was initially reported by GE and later confirmed by ESPN. Atlético-MG is set to receive over 50% of the sum agreed for Deyverson's purchase from Cuiabá in 2024, which was approximately R$ 4.5 million at that time. It was noted that Deyverson's eagerness to make the move was a key factor in concluding the negotiation.
