Marius Șumudică, the coach of Rapid, has shown interest in bringing Denis Drăguș to the club, at least on loan, during the winter transfer window. Nonetheless, Drăguș's agent, Florin Manea, considers this transfer to be a 'fantastic' idea but unlikely to happen. Manea believes that Drăguș will remain at Trabzonspor and find success there. He noted that Trabzonspor would not cover 75% of Drăguș's contract for him to play elsewhere. Manea also pointed out that Drăguș has started scoring goals and needs time to adjust to the demanding league.
