Denis Ciobotariu Transfer from Sepsi to Rapid Bucuresti
Rapid hopes to secure the transfer of Denis Ciobotariu from Sepsi. Victor Angelescu mentioned that if they succeed with the transfers of Ciobotariu and Ankeye, Rapid will conclude their transfer period without any further additions.
Denis Ciobotariu, who is presently a central defender for Sepsi, has secured a contract with Rapid that will commence in the summer. Nevertheless, both Ciobotariu and Rapid are eager for the transfer to take place this winter. For this to materialize, Rapid and Sepsi must agree on a transfer fee, which has not yet been finalized. Ciobotariu conveyed his eagerness to join Rapid at the earliest opportunity, acknowledging that it would be difficult to face Rapid in the forthcoming months. He noted that discussions are ongoing and expressed hope for a swift resolution.
Denis Ciobotariu has reached an agreement with Rapid this winter, but will only join them in the summer. Marius Șumudică from Rapid expressed his wish for Ciobotariu to join earlier to prevent potential issues following direct matches between the two teams. David Kertesz from Sepsi mentioned that Ciobotariu will only join Rapid this winter if a significant amount of money is paid, as the two teams are rivals in the play-off race. Discussions with Rapid have taken place and will continue. Sepsi attempted to extend Ciobotariu's contract, but Rapid is seen as a bigger club and Ciobotariu desired more. Sepsi considers him a key player and prefers him to stay, but admits he can leave for free in the summer. Permitting him to leave now would strengthen a direct competitor.
Denis Ciobotariu, son of Liviu Ciobotariu, has been signed by Rapid București. The club needs to decide whether to agree to one of the two conditions set by Laszlo Dioszegi: either the permanent transfer of Omar El Sawy to Sepsi or the payment of 300,000 euros to expedite the transfer, which would otherwise wait until summer 2025.
Denis Ciobotariu has emerged as a target for Rapid during the upcoming winter transfer window. Marius Șumudică has made it known that Rapid is interested in signing the central defender. As Ciobotariu is approaching the final six months of his contract with Sepsi, the club is hesitant to let him leave without a significant transfer fee, expecting around 500,000 euros to consider a deal. Meanwhile, Sepsi is attempting to persuade Ciobotariu to extend his contract with them. In an effort to secure his signature, Rapid is ready to offer Ciobotariu a 150,000-euro signing bonus along with a monthly salary of 5,000 euros.
