Ciobotariu, valued at 1.2 million euros, has been a vital player for Sepsi, participating in all 21 of their Superliga matches this season. Sepsi is hesitant to part with him, particularly to a play-off rival like Rapid, unless they receive an overwhelming offer. Should Ciobotariu decide to join Rapid, he would be entitled to a 150,000 euro signing bonus and a monthly salary of 5,000 euros.
