Deivid Washington is a candidate to depart from Chelsea if suitors can be found.

Deivid Washington was on the brink of transferring from Chelsea to RC Strasbourg for a fee of 21 million euros. However, the transfer was halted at the last moment due to FIFA's concerns regarding the deal. Washington had participated in only three matches for Chelsea after being acquired from Santos for 16 million euros the previous year. Strasbourg, being a sister club to Chelsea, would have seen the transfer fee remain within BlueCo, the consortium managed by Clearlake Capital and Todd Boehly.

Deivid Washington has moved from Chelsea to RC Strasbourg. Strasbourg, which is affiliated with The Blues, has paid over 20 million euros for the nineteen-year-old striker. Even though Washington played only three matches for Chelsea's first team last year, Chelsea had purchased him for 16 million euros from Santos and has now sold him for a notable profit of 21 million euros to Strasbourg. Washington still needs to finalize personal terms with Strasbourg.
