D. Calabria Transfer from Milan to Juventus
Davide Calabria, the captain of Milan, might end his tenure at San Siro. He hasn't convinced the new coach Sergio Conceiçao due to his tactical profile. Juventus is interested in him as they believe he could bring defensive solidity and leadership to their team under coach Thiago Motta.
Juventus has conducted a survey to evaluate the conditions and feasibility of signing Davide Calabria on a free transfer. Calabria, who has lost his starting position at AC Milan and does not seem to be in a position to renew his contract, which expires in the summer, has made 10 appearances this season, including scoring a goal in the Coppa Italia against Sassuolo. It is reported that a breakdown in his relationship with former Milan coach Paulo Fonseca, particularly after a Champions League victory against Red Star Belgrade, has further fueled speculation about his departure. Meanwhile, Como has also expressed interest in acquiring him to bolster their defense in January. Nevertheless, Juventus remains interested in assessing the possibility of securing Calabria, a product of Milan's youth academy, for the 2025-2026 season on a free transfer.
