Danilo Soares leaving VfL Bochum 1848?

Danilo Soares, who had played 59 matches in Bundesliga for VfL Bochum, will leave the club for 1. FC Nürnberg. His last game for VfL Bochum was on the 16th matchday in a 0:4 loss against Leverkusen. His contract with VfL Bochum ended this season. 1. FC Nürnberg secured his services, which makes sense as they were in need of a left defender after the departure of Nathaniel Brown to Frankfurt and the cruciate ligament tear of Tim Handwerker. His contract with 1. FC Nürnberg is initially for one year, with the club having the option of extending it for another year.

Shortly after achieving class retention, left-back Danilo Soares leaves VfL Bochum: The Brazilian is joining 1. FC Nürnberg for the new season. At the club, the 32-year-old, who can look back on the experience of 176 second division and 59 first division games, is receiving a one-year contract with the option of a further year. Prior to his time in Bochum, he had already played in Germany for Hoffenheim and Ingolstadt.

Bochum professional Danilo Soares (32) is planned to be a leading player at the club and is supposed to replace Nathaniel Brown (for 3 million euros to Eintracht Frankfurt) on the left side. According to BILD information, Soares is signing a contract that will extend until 2026 with the appropriate appearances in the coming season.

Danilo Soares is expected to leave VfL Bochum after relegation. The Brazilian, who didn't play a significant role in the current season, is likely to join the second division club 1. FC Nürnberg.
