Danilo leaving Juventus?

Danilo, the captain of Juventus, has only played 5 minutes in 3 matches under the new coach Thiago Motta. Although he captained the Brazilian national team in their World Cup qualifier against Ecuador, his future at Juventus remains uncertain. His contract is set to expire in June, but it includes a clause for renewal until 2026 if he participates in at least 50% of matches with more than 45 minutes. This option has already been triggered. Feeling sidelined, Danilo might be contemplating continuing his career elsewhere.

Thiago Motta benched Danilo, the captain of Juventus, in his debut. This indicates a potential change or move for Danilo.

Danilo has expressed his desire to stay at Juventus, stating 'It is impossible for me to leave Juventus. I currently have a contract until 2025 with the possibility of an extension for another year.'

The promise of the band to Rabiot, a relaunch that Juve would have served the Frenchman just to convince him to stay and sign the renewal, would have generated some perplexity in Danilo, the current captain and undisputed leader of the locker room. The situation is evolving.

Danilo, the captain of Juve and Brazil, has never asked for a transfer, his intention is to honor at least the current contract expiration set for 2025. Not to mention that there is a clause, if the Brazilian played 50% of the matches of the next season, to automatically extend until 2026.

Danilo could leave Juventus at the end of the season. His contract expires in 2025, but he may leave Turin a year earlier if Allegri does not stay on the bench.
