Daniel Kelly Transfer from Celtic II to Millwall
Daniel Kelly, an 18-year-old midfielder, has completed his move to Millwall for £400k. He turned down an extended contract at Celtic and has signed a long-term deal with the EFL Championship club. Kelly made his first-team breakthrough last season and was excluded from Celtic's pre-season plans after deciding to leave. Steve Gallen, Millwall's Director of Football, noted that Kelly had attracted a lot of interest and the club had been working on this deal all summer.
Daniel Kelly, an 18-year-old midfielder, has agreed to a pre-contract with EFL Championship club Millwall. He will join Millwall when his contract with Celtic expires at the end of December. Despite being offered a very good contract by Celtic, he turned it down and was banished to train with the B team during the summer.
Millwall boss Neil Harris has confirmed a deal has been done to sign Daniel Kelly from Celtic. The promising young midfielder sees his Hoops contract run out in December and he will then join up with the English Championship side when the January transfer window opens.
