Liverpool are reportedly preparing to initiate discussions with midfielder Curtis Jones regarding a new and enhanced contract at Anfield. The club views him as a potential future captain. His existing contract extends until the summer of 2027, following his last extension signed in November 2022. It is believed that his new deal will more than triple his present salary of £15,000 a week and aim to prolong his current agreement by at least two additional years.
