Clinton N'Jie Transfer from Rapid Bucuresti to Henan Songshan Longmen
Clinton N'Jie is contemplating leaving Rapid București owing to challenges in Romania and being relegated to reserve status. Henan Songshan has shown interest in acquiring him. Although N'Jie is under contract with Rapid until 2026, the club has decided against extending his contract. Victor Angelescu, a minority shareholder at Rapid, indicated that N'Jie would depart in the summer as his contract would not be renewed. N'Jie, who joined Rapid in the summer with the expectation of bolstering the team's attack, has found it difficult to make a significant impact, having played only 391 minutes across 23 matches this season. His limited playing time has attracted interest from both Henan Songshan in China and Kocaelispor in Turkey, with both clubs ready to offer him a new opportunity abroad. The 31-year-old Cameroonian international, who has previously played for Tottenham and Marseille, is keen on a change after losing his starting position at Rapid.
