Christos Papadopoulos Transfer from Genoa to Next Gen Juventus
Christos Papadopoulos has officially moved from Genoa to Juventus Next Gen. The negotiation was initiated by Claudio Chiellini and supported by Michele Sbravati, who now works in Juventus' youth sector. The move was also endorsed by coach Montero. The transfer is a loan with an option to buy.
Juventus has concluded the agreement for the arrival on loan from Genoa of Christos Papadopoulos - midfielder, class of 2004, available to coach Montero until the end of the season to strengthen the Next Gen squad.
Juventus is targeting Christos Papadopoulos, a young attacking midfielder from Genoa's Primavera. Papadopoulos, born in 2004, has been residing in Liguria for a few years and was promoted to the first team by Alberto Gilardino during the preseason in Trentino. He was included in Genoa's squad for their first two official matches of the season against Reggiana in the Coppa Italia and Inter in the league.
The 19-year-old Greek midfielder is set to transfer from Genoa to Juventus on loan with an option to buy. He is expected to join the Next Gen team and should start his adventure with Juventus tomorrow.
