Manchester United are aware that £25million could land them Sunderland youngster Chris Rigg.

Regis Le Bris mentioned that the market is unpredictable and any decision to cash in on Chris Rigg and other young talents will not be taken by him. Interest is expected to mount if they continue performing well.
