Charles De Ketelaere leaving Milan?

Atalanta Bergamo has exercised the option in the loan contract of striker Charles de Ketelaere, making the transfer permanent. Milan will receive a fee of around 22 million euros, which could increase by two million euros through various bonuses. There is also a resale participation, likely amounting to ten percent.

Charles De Ketelaere has permanently joined Atalanta BC from AC Milan. The player was previously on loan at Atalanta since August. AC Milan confirmed the transfer in an official statement.

Charles de Ketelaere (23) is expected to stay at Europa League winner Atalanta Bergamo. According to consistent Italian media reports, Atalanta will trigger the clause in the striker's loan contract. This is likely to amount to around 22 million euros, with Milan potentially earning an additional two million euros in bonuses. There is also expected to be a resale participation.
