César Montes, the Mexican central defender currently playing for Lokomotiv in the Russian League, has no plans to return to any team in the Liga MX. His agent, Sergio Vizuet, confirmed to Russian media outlet RB Sport that despite existing rumors, Montes does not want to return to Liga MX, at least in the next transfer market. He is happy living and playing in Moscow, and a return to Mexico this summer is out of the question. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market value at 5.00 million euros.
