Carlinhos, who is 27 years old and currently belongs to Flamengo, has refused the offer from the Portuguese club Farense, opting instead to remain in Brazil. Besides the offer from Farense, he also had a proposal from the Chinese club Henan. Following these decisions, Carlinhos is set to join Vitória da Bahia on loan for the 2024 season, as Flamengo has given him the green light to negotiate his future. Vitória da Bahia currently holds the 11th position in the Série A of the Brasileirão.
