Celtic are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool star Caoimhin Kelleher. The 26-year-old could leave Anfield at the end of the season, with Alisson Becker preferred by Arne Slot and Giorgi Mamardashvili set to join next summer.

Celtic have reportedly earmarked Kelleher as a long-term choice for their number one position after signing Kasper Schmeichel as a stop-gap. Kelleher is reportedly valued at around £25million, and a deal would easily eclipse Celtic’s transfer record.

Caoimhin Kelleher is pushing to leave Liverpool to play more, with a price tag thought to be around £20m. Liverpool would rather negotiate with clubs further down the Premier League or with Celtic, rather than direct top-four competitors.
