Badredine Bouanani: Nice Contract Extension
The Algerian international Badredine Bouanani has signed a new contract with OGC Nice, extending his commitment from 2027 to 2029. Bouanani has gained playing time this season with 9 matches after returning from a loan to Lorient at the beginning of 2024. His performances have been rewarded with this contract extension.
Badredine Bouanani, a standout performer in the latter half of the 2022-2023 season, has experienced decreased playtime under the management of Francesco Farioli at Nice. Following a six-month loan to Lorient and subsequent return after their relegation, Bouanani has participated in six matches this season, one of which was a start against Real Sociedad in the Europa League. Reports from L'Equipe indicate that Bouanani is expected to extend his contract with Nice by two seasons, committing until June 2029.
