Artem Bondarenko Transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk to Trabzonspor
Fanatik has reported that Trabzonspor remains interested in acquiring Ukrainian footballer Artem Bondarenko. The club is eager to bring the 24-year-old to their team and had previously proposed a deal worth up to 7 million Euros, although the transfer did not materialize. Nonetheless, Trabzonspor continues to track Bondarenko's performance closely and intends to submit a new offer at the season's end. Bondarenko has expressed his interest in joining Trabzonspor, suggesting he is open to the move if the clubs can come to an agreement. In the Ukrainian League, he has played 19 matches, scoring 9 goals and providing 2 assists, in addition to participating in 8 Champions League matches.
Trabzonspor's management has expressed their admiration for the performance of three Ukrainian players - Danylo Sikan, Oleksandr Zubkov, and Arseniy Batagov. Consequently, they have decided to continue monitoring the Ukrainian market. The club's head coach, Fatih Tekke, has plans to strengthen the squad to achieve better results in the next season. As a result, during the upcoming transfer window, Trabzonspor is expected to send a proposal to Shakhtar Donetsk for the full transfer of Artem Bondarenko. Bondarenko has participated in 28 matches this season, scoring nine goals and providing two assists. His contract is set to expire on December 31, 2028, and his estimated value is 10 million euros.
During the winter transfer window, Trabzonspor made an effort to negotiate with Shakhtar for the acquisition of attacking midfielder Artem Bondarenko. While Trabzonspor proposed a sum of 7 million euros, Shakhtar set their price at 12 million euros, resulting in the negotiations falling through. Despite Trabzonspor undergoing a recent change in head coach, the Turkish club remains keen on Bondarenko. The newly appointed coach, Fatih Tekke, has given his approval for the potential summer signing of the Shakhtar midfielder. Trabzonspor is planning to put forward a new offer soon, with hopes that Shakhtar will be more accommodating this time around.
Trabzonspor, a team competing in the Turkish Super Lig, has shown interest in acquiring Artem Bondarenko from Shakhtar. The club had previously tried to secure his transfer during the winter transfer window but could not reach an agreement due to Shakhtar's high release clause demands. Trabzonspor was prepared to offer 7 million euros, whereas Shakhtar was firm on a 12 million euro demand. Trabzonspor's head coach, Şenol Güneş, reportedly holds a high opinion of Bondarenko's skills and is determined to bring him to the team. The club intends to revisit the potential transfer in the summer and is allocating a substantial budget for the deal.
