Owen Hargreaves asserts that Celtic have Scottish football's first £40million footballer in their ranks in Arne Engels. The Belgian playmaker arrived for a record £11m fee this summer from Augsburg. He suggests that Brendan Rodgers knows how to develop players and that if the boss can work his magic with Engels, it could earn them another record amount in the future.
