Requests for Makoumbou from Atalanta have been rejected by Cagliari's sporting director, Nereo Bonato.

Atalanta is accelerating their interest in Antoine Makoumbou, the defensive midfielder from Cagliari. Makoumbou is under contract with Cagliari until 2026. Given the good relations with Cagliari's management, around 8 million euros might be sufficient for the transfer.

Atalanta is interested in Antoine Makoumbou, who could serve as the vice-De Roon. Currently, there are no active negotiations.
