Tigres is reportedly in advanced negotiations to acquire Ángel Correa, the Argentine World Cup champion from Qatar 2022, from Atlético de Madrid. Sources indicate that Atlético de Madrid is open to the idea of selling the Argentine forward and is not demanding a high transfer fee, thus making the negotiations easier for Tigres.
