Lamia has announced that they have signed the Argentine forward Andrés Chávez. Prior to this, Chávez played in Chile for Coquimbo Unido, where he scored 10 goals and provided 2 assists in 34 matches. This marks his second stint with a Greek team, following his time with Panathinaikos in the 2017/18 season. The 33-year-old forward, who was born on March 21, 1991, has had a notable career, beginning his journey at Banfield's academy. He has also played for clubs such as Boca Juniors, São Paulo, Huracán, AEL Limassol, Wilstermann, and Nasaf Qarshi before his recent tenure in Chile.
