Andrei Rațiu leaving Rayo Vallecano?

Andrei Ratiu is being pursued by Real Betis Balompié, who have shown interest in the player for some time. If Real Betis qualifies for the Champions League, they would have the financial capability to meet his 25 million euros release clause. Ratiu is under contract with Rayo Vallecano until 2028, and the club is firm on not negotiating for less than his release clause. The club shares 50% of his rights with Villarreal, adding complexity to the transfer.

FC Villarreal holds a 50% resale stake in Andrei Rațiu's transfer rights and has the option to buy him back for 8 million euros. The club is monitoring the situation to decide whether to exercise this buy-back clause.

Andrei Ratiu, the Romanian international and right-back for Rayo Vallecano, has garnered attention from top clubs due to his impressive performances, including a standout debut against Real Madrid at the Bernabéu. Rayo Vallecano's sporting director, David Cobeño, stated that the club is inflexible and anyone interested will have to pay Ratiu's release clause of 25 million. Rayo and Villarreal share his rights (50% each).

Andrei Ratiu, the Romanian right-back currently with Rayo Vallecano, has attracted attention from Atlético Madrid and several other clubs across Europe. During the summer, Rayo Vallecano turned down offers for Ratiu when his transfer value was approximately 10 million euros. Now, the release clause for Ratiu stands at 25 million euros. His outstanding performances in both La Liga and for the Romanian national team have significantly boosted his market value. Villarreal, which retains 50% of Ratiu's rights, is keeping a close watch on any potential transfer developments.
