Shakhtar is planning to acquire 19-year-old winger Alisson Santana from Atlético Mineiro ahead of the closure of the transfer window in Ukraine. Discussions are currently in progress between Shakhtar and Atlético Mineiro. Paulo Bracks, the sporting director of Atlético Mineiro, has acknowledged that they are in negotiations with a club from a nation where the transfer window is set to close soon. An official proposal is anticipated to be made within 48 hours. The transfer fee is believed to be 16 million euros, although there were earlier suggestions of a 14.5 million euro fee. The clubs are working on finalizing the details, particularly concerning the payment terms.

Shakhtar is reportedly ready to offer 14.5 million euros for Alisson Santana, a 19-year-old right winger from Atlético Mineiro. Journalist Tiago Fernandes from RadioBandNewsBH mentioned that representatives from the Ukrainian club have already arrived in Belo Horizonte. Should the transfer be completed, Atlético Mineiro would receive 12 million euros, considering the Brazilian club does not possess full ownership of the player's economic rights.
