Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain Transfer from Beşiktaş to Brentford
Former Arsenal and Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is willing to take a pay cut in order to return to England from Besiktas. He has already been offered to Brentford.
Beşiktaş has decided to part ways with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Brentford has entered into talks with the player to add him to their squad.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is reportedly in discussions regarding a surprising return to the Premier League with Brentford. The former Arsenal and Liverpool midfielder spent the previous year playing for Besiktas following his departure from Anfield. Oxlade-Chamberlain was among nine first-team players made available for transfer by the Turkish club after they finished sixth in last season’s Super Lig. It remains uncertain if Brentford’s offer will be accepted by Besiktas, and the report does not clarify whether the deal would be a loan or a permanent transfer.
Brentford is attempting to sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain from Besiktas. Turkish journalist Sercan Dikme from Sports Digitale reports that both Brentford and Ajax have contacted the player's entourage and are about to make a bid. Oxlade-Chamberlain is under contract with Besiktas until the summer of 2026, but the Turkish club did not register him for this Süper Lig season.
