Real Betis has made official the loan of Álex Collado to Al-Kholood Club. The announcement was made on Thursday night by the newly promoted Saudi Pro League team. Al-Kholood will cover the entirety of Collado's salary and will also pay a small loan fee to Real Betis.

Al-Okhdood, where Álex Collado played on loan last season, has shown renewed interest in the player. Collado scored four goals and provided three assists in 33 matches for Al-Okhdood, helping them stay in the top tier of Saudi football.

Álex Collado, who signed with Real Betis from FC Barcelona last summer for six seasons until June 2029, is close to being loaned out to Al-Kholood, a newly promoted team in the Saudi Professional League. Negotiations for his loan are ongoing, with some details still to be finalized.

Alex Collado will go to the first preseason stage in Austria but is not in the plans of Manuel Pellegrini.
