Alessandro Mercati has signed with Athens Kallithea in Greece after leaving Sassuolo. The player has had experiences in Serie C with Montevarchi, Gubbio, and Carrarese.

The transfer of the former Sassuolo player emerged a few days ago and was settled quite quickly. Alessandro Mercati, 22, is considered a valuable talent who came through the academy of Sassuolo and has already made 98 appearances during his loans in Serie C over the last three seasons. He has signed with Athens Kallithea and even played in a friendly match against Asteras Aktor.
