Achraf Hakimi Transfer from Paris Saint Germain to Real Madrid

Real Madrid considers Achraf Hakimi a viable option for the right-back position, a role that has been weakened due to Dani Carvajal's long-term injury. While their primary target remains Alexander-Arnold, Hakimi is viewed as an alternative, particularly if the English player opts to renew his contract with Liverpool. Hakimi's past association with Real Madrid and his relationship with Kylian Mbappe could ease his potential return to the Spanish club.

Achraf Hakimi was linked with a possible return to Real Madrid to replace Dani Carvajal. However, PSG has convinced him to stay by advancing negotiations for a contract extension, securing his role as a key player under coach Luis Enrique.

Achraf Hakimi has expressed an interest in returning to Real Madrid, according to reports by Eduardo Inda in Chiringuito de Jugones and OK Diario. Hakimi, who developed through the youth ranks at Real Madrid, reportedly desires a move back to Santiago Bernabéu to take over Dani Carvajal's position at right-back and reunite with Kylian Mbappé. Although Hakimi's contract with PSG is valid until the summer of 2026, he is said to be reconsidering his future due to discomfort in Paris and a strained relationship with the coaching staff, led by Luis Enrique Martínez.

Real Madrid is reportedly contemplating a move in the transfer market to find a replacement for Dani Carvajal, with PSG's Achraf Hakimi emerging as a potential candidate due to his previous association with the club. Nevertheless, this possibility appears unattainable both in the immediate future and even after his contract with PSG expires in June 2026. It has been indicated that negotiations for Hakimi's contract renewal with PSG are progressing well and are nearing a conclusion, which would see him remain with the club until June 2030, earning a net salary of approximately ten million euros per season.

Real Madrid is also interested in Achraf Hakimi for the same position as Trent Alexander-Arnold. However, the potential transfer may be costly if Hakimi extends his contract with PSG.

Achraf Hakimi, who is currently with PSG, was rumored to be returning to Real Madrid. This speculation was fueled by his close friendship with Kylian Mbappe, who was believed to have advocated for Hakimi's return to the Spanish capital before he himself signed with Los Blancos. Nevertheless, a reunion does not appear to be imminent, as PSG has initiated discussions with Hakimi regarding a contract extension. His current contract runs until 2026, and the French champions are eager to secure his long-term commitment, viewing him as a pivotal player in PSG's new era. Signing a new contract would enhance his value even further, thereby making a move back to Real Madrid even less likely.

Real Madrid is interested in potentially recovering Achraf Hakimi in the near future. PSG fears this possibility and has started negotiations to extend Hakimi's contract.

Achraf Hakimi, who joined Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2021, has quickly established himself as a reliable right-back. Regardless of the coach, the Moroccan has always been seen as a valuable asset in his position. Under contract until 2026, the Parisian club wants to extend his contract to fend off interest from Real Madrid. According to Le Parisien, Hakimi reassured the club management about his future, expressing his strong attachment to PSG. Negotiations are ongoing to reach an agreement on a contract extension.
